Professional Training For You

Betsey's passion is to educate and teach safety in movement that can easily be applied to ALL ages and to all stages of development and disability, from children to the frail elderly. Her programs will teach health care professionals- OTs, PTs, COTAs and PTAs and other healthcare providers to recognize those individuals who are at high risk for fractures.  The team approach is important for continuity of care and reinforcement of safe methods of movement in therapy and at home. Proven methods are used to increase flexibility and strength to facilitate the reversal of abnormal forward posture and improve function, balance, reduce pain, increase stamina and in an  overall feeling of physical well-being. You will learn skills for improved performance, balance, activity analysis, body mechanics, ergonomics and movement that apply to all functional activities. Learn the three most important movements to avoid in order to prevent vertebral compression fractures. I believe that anyone who has a desire to learn, can improve their health and fitness with a regular program of exercise and good nutrition. Lets help prevent the next fracture!
