Week #2: Safer Sitting Posture and Work Station Ergonomics

Week #3: Activities of Daily Living - PP)  

Week #4 Balance and Fall Prevention - (PP)                                                                          

Week #5: Walking

  • Learn to walk with your best postural alignment and stimulate bone.
  • Nutrition/Supplements for Optimal Bone Health  and  How Phamaceuticals work- what they do and don't do for your bones and health.
Week #6: Advanced Strengthening Exercises   
  • Free Weight Exercises
  • Scapula Stabilization Exercises using Resistance band on a foam roll
  • Prone Exercises  
Week #7:  Other Activities
  • Gym Guidlines - Safe and Unsafe machines, posture and core
  • Performing other activities SAFELY - Golf , Yoga, Crunches, Pilates, Tennis, Bowling, T’ai Chi,   Kayaking/Canoeing,  …      Other?
